By using TurnKey Directories (“Service”), operated by ALPAR TOTH ONLINE MARKETING S.R.L. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Violating these Terms may result in termination of your account.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be noted at the top of this page, and we may notify registered users directly.

Definitions

  • “Company” refers to ALPAR TOTH ONLINE MARKETING S.R.L., registered at Strada Vasile Goldiș, Nr. 7, Ap. 5, Târgu Mureș, Mureș County, Romania.
  • “Service” includes the TurnKey Directories website, software, and any products provided through it.
  • “You” or “User” refers to the individual or organization using the Service.

Account Terms

  1. You are responsible for securing your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage due to your failure to secure your account.
  2. Accounts must be created by individuals (not “bots”).
  3. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
  4. You must comply with our Use Restrictions.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

  1. For paid plans, payment is required at the start of each billing period.
  2. If you fail to make payment, your account may be suspended.
  3. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
  4. Refunds may be provided according to our Refund Policy.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. You may cancel your account at any time. Please contact support for assistance with cancellation.
  2. If canceled, content will be deleted within 30 days, and backups will be erased within 60 days.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including breaches of our Use Restrictions.
  4. Abuse or threatening behavior towards Company employees will result in immediate termination.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
  2. If pricing changes affect existing customers, we will provide 30 days’ notice.

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

  1. We take security seriously and implement various measures to protect your data.
  2. We may temporarily disable accounts with excessive usage that impacts other users.
  3. Data is processed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Data Access

  1. We may access your data to provide support, fix technical issues, safeguard the Service, or comply with legal obligations.
  2. We use third-party providers for hosting and technical infrastructure.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  1. You retain ownership of any content posted on the Service.
  2. We may use posted content to provide the Service, but we claim no ownership over it.
  3. You must not duplicate, copy, or resell the Service without written permission.

Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the Service, inability to access data, or unauthorized access to your account.
