The community Discord is the fastest way in — the team sits in there alongside other directory owners, and an answer in public helps the next person too. Anything with a licence key, an invoice or a private URL attached is better by email. Both get read.

For a technical issue, the fastest possible message names your WordPress version, your licence tier, and whether it still happens with other plugins deactivated.
Documentation and the community Discord are open to everyone, including the free plugin. Paid tiers climb from there.
We don't publish a blanket response time we can't hold to on every tier. In practice Discord is usually the fastest of the three, because you are not only waiting on us.
