We use SSL/TLS for data transmission and encrypt data backups. Although most data is unencrypted at rest for quick access, our systems are designed to protect your data securely.
When you delete content, it will remain in the system for up to 30 days, after which it will be fully removed. If you cancel your account, all data is deleted within 60 days.
We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this policy and to fulfill legal obligations.
Our Service is operated in Romania. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer and storage of data in Romania.
When you ask for a free business plan on our homepage, we collect the niche you pick, your name, your email address and your consent. We also record your IP address, which we use to limit repeated sign-ups, to run the spam check below, and to work out which country’s search data your plan uses (United States by default).
Ticking the box means we may email you your business plan and a single-use discount code, plus occasional TurnKey Directories updates and offers. We use your details only for that.
How your plan is built: a plan is built once per niche and country and reused for everyone who picks the same one, so our data providers receive only the niche and the country, never your name, email or IP address. DataForSEO supplies search volumes, related searches and the sites ranking on Google; Outscraper supplies a sample count of businesses in that niche on Google Maps; Anthropic’s Claude writes the text around those numbers. Your name and discount code are added only when you open your own plan page, which sits at a private link that search engines are told not to index.
Processors:
Unsubscribing: every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all of them. It does not delete your sign-up record by itself.
Retention: your sign-up record (name, email address, niche, country, IP address, discount code and sign-up date) stays in our database, and your contact stays in MailerLite, until you ask us to delete them; we don’t delete them automatically.
